Seems ref_type isn't set above, do you mean WASMRefType *ref_type = &wasm_ref_type?

Use
WASMFuncTypeto represent tag_type inWASMTagImportandWASMTagso that the type definition is consistent no matter to GC is enabled or disabled. This patch will fix #3409
