Red Line though Screensaver when playing video

Happens with both my monitors and only when running Aerial Screensaver

I'm also having this issue on Windows 10.

Looks like a corrupted download, can you clear the cache and retry?

There is no red line when I open the .mov file with VLC. I deleted the Aerial directory in %AppData%, re-downloaded AerialScreenSaver.zip (v4) and I still have the red line when using the .scr and .exe files.

And if you play the file via Windows Media Player?

Hm, I do get the red line when playing the .mov file with Windows Media Player.

Seems like a known issue for a 'video demo mode' flag in the settings of the video card. You can even make it a green line. 😛

Thanks! For anyone else who stumbles upon this (with an AMD graphics card):

1. Open AMD Radeon Settings
2. Click Video
3. Make sure Demo Mode is off in the upper right (see screenshot)
