Changed

  • Bypass mode is now the CLI default. The -b/--bypass flag was removed; bypass mode (skip all security enforcement) is now the default interaction mode for the CLI surface, since fj runs on the user's own machine. Use -a/--ask for read-only Q&A with guardrails. The bypass_mode parameter was removed from build_agent; the server surface still rejects bypass via require_mode(). Docs (server.md, upgrade.md, modes.py) updated.
