fix(release): publish flowjet 2.0.3

Bump version 2.0.2 → 2.0.3 with the unreleased changes:

• Plan-step and middleware-phase progress in the CLI: the nano bridge
  maps the host (soothe) loop's todo list and middleware phase updates
  into step/tool progress events ('Step 2/3 · Create a2.txt' instead of
  a bare 'Working' line); write_todos bookkeeping is suppressed as a
  tool call since it already drives the step line.
