Let me clarify:

I meant a robots.txt interface for the hugo-generated website. I was
referring to this: https://github.com/spf13/hugo/blob/master/docs/content/extras/robots-txt.md.
This looks like a newer Hugo feature, probably slated for Hugo v0.15 or
v0.16. For now I'll just add a <textarea> page like the advanced
settings page and call it a day.

I found a relevant issue (gohugoio/hugo#2049) over at @ spf13/hugo.
