Make playbook less user specific, add prompts for static values #2

Add instructions for installing ansible in Ubuntu 14.04, the default version will not work. Also updated the main playbook to add prompts for user information: Username, Git Name, Git Email making the script more dynamic for other developers to use. Some additional dependencies were added as well such as SASS, virtualbox and vagrant. I also removed the id_rsa.pub as it was not being used (yet).

Edited for my user needs, removed: TMUX, Evernote, ZSH, Sublime; added: Steam.
Use my public key instead of Camron's
Add instructions for installing in Ubunutu 14.04 as the default install of Ansible will not work correctly.
Fixed a big run-on sentence that was confusing.
… to use. Also add Vagrant, VirtualBox, SASS and some other tools.
