I'm pretty sure it was never there: https://github.com/bpmn-io/bpmn-js/blob/develop/lib%2Ffeatures%2Fcontext-pad%2FContextPadProvider.js#L202 🤔

I cannot transfer the issue across the organizations, so I created a respective issue in bpmn-js: bpmn-io/bpmn-js#2163

I am moving this to the backlog as it's not a feature present in the core but not in this project.
