For 1.1.3 we want to be able to do the following:

o = new can.Observe({name: "David"})
o.compute("name") // -> compute
compute.bind("change", function(ev, newVal,oldVal ) {}) 
compute() // -> "David"
compute("Justin")
compute() // -> Justin
