Configure the Discourse link extension to allow for two different Discourse instances (linuxcontainers and ubuntu), and update the link to the snap management tutorial to use the tutorial on the Ubuntu Discourse.

Is it worth copying over any resources that we link to on the the old site to the new site?

I don't think so, as long as we trust in those resources staying online.
We have a task to move the relevant tutorials into the docs. And until then, we can just link to the old ones imo.
