Closing this PR for now, will recreate 3 separate PR, one for the base starter pack, one for fixing furo theme color issues, one for customisation, so that it is easier to see what the base starter pack is, what our fixes are, and what our changes are. |

This is the second version, created from scratch using Canonical starter pack.
Please do a comparison to this version, which is created in this PR by merging our previous config with Canonical starter pack.
Two issues mentioned here are resolved, but to be clear, they are introduced by Canonical starter pack. To make it look better, I fixed them anyway.
