Requirements

Ubuntu

• Install cmake, boost and sundials

sudo apt install cmake g++ libboost-all-dev libsundials-serial-dev

Compile

• Create build

cmake -Bbuild -H.

• Change to directory build

cd build

• Compile and link

make
