cds add cap2ui5 wrote its first app with require( ), which fails the start of
the ES module project `cds init --nodejs` creates - fixed in #92 and
unreleased until now. With it go the page transitions (#91), which need a
runtime after 1.145.0, and the stricter parameter check.

A patch release on purpose: @cap2ui5/samples 0.1.0 declares
"@cap2ui5/cds-plugin": "^0.3.0", which in 0.x admits 0.3.x only, so 0.4.0
would have made `npm add -D @cap2ui5/samples` fail with a peer conflict.
