Element.closest throws error if rootElement is ShadowRoot (as matches undefined) #751

I'm testing an app which uses a web element / shadow dom ui library. This cross shadow boundary closest element code breaks on happy-dom at https://github.com/capricorn86/happy-dom/blob/master/packages/happy-dom/src/nodes/element/Element.ts#L764 as closest is not defined on ShadowRoot.
