More slots in CvToastNotification [Vue3]

I needed to create a separate component (basically same as CvToastNotification) only to add slots to have more control over it's content.

Are you creating a new component? Or are you adding to the CvToastNotification so that you don;t have to create a new component?

adding to existing one to not to create new. This won't be a breaking change as the slots will only wrap existing content giving an opportunity to customize it if needed
