[Dropdown] fix several bugs ☂️

Acceptance criteria

• After the last couple updates to the Dropdown component in Figma, several bugs have occurred within different parts of the component and they need to be addressed.
• Ensure that the Dropdown, Multiselect, and Combobox components are functioning properly and have the correct states.
