feat: 🎸 should use plop to generate a mock

Plop will create a cli graphical user interface where a user can create
a Mezzo mock. The file structure is opinionated. Users can bypass the
GUI like a normal cli command

HAR viewer
http://www.softwareishard.com/har/viewer/

To get har content, just open network in chrome dev tools, right click one of the requests and export all as HAR with content
