Assume a meeting with 9 dudes and 1 "not a dude". Everybody talks for exactly 2 minutes.
Wihout factoring out the disparity in head count, this app will say "men talked 90% of the time", which, while being technically correct, doesnt't tell a thing about whether men are taking longer to get their point across or not (which I assume is the point of this app, otherwise, feel free to just close this issue).

I used this app at a meeting and one of the statistics I was missing was just "relative speaking time".

I have created a pull request for this now:
