Fix net energy production reported as negative net energy consumption

This is released as v0.0.19 of @briancmpbll custom integration.

This is a beta release for upcoming production release of @briancmpbll custom integration.

V0.0.18 report Net Energy Consumption (grid import) and Net Energy Production (grid export). With Envoy firmware D7.6.x the source for this information changed it's behavior and started reporting Net Energy Production as negative Net Energy consumption #164. To restore the intended behavior the data for these is now obtained from the CT clamps readings page ivp/meters/readings.
