Dear BnpC team,

Thank you so much for the quick fix. I am wondering if there is a way to also display the pylogeny tree with the heatmap (genoCluster_posterior_mean.png) or export the tree in a newick format. Thanks a lot in advance.

Monica.

Dear Monica,

Inferring the tree is not part of BnpC.
The easiest way would be to calculate the Hamming distances between cluster genotypes and use these for hierarchical clustering or as edge weights to find the minimum spanning tree.
Alternatively, you could use a tool that infers (and outputs) the tree directly, like infSCITE or CellPhy.

Hope that helps and best,
Nico
