Underlined Replies

Would it be possible to include an option to underline the replies on posts?

Essentially, I'd like to be able to make replies to posts underlined (the post numbers themselves).

Here's a screenshot to illustrate what I'm referring to.

In the settings, on the Advanced tab, check Custom CSS and paste the following:
a.backlink {text-decoration: underline;}
