This solves #107. It was not really a bug but more a documentation issue on how to produce allsky plots with an EllipticalFrame like in astropy. This was a bit annoying for tick labels.
The documentation is changed to have elliptical frames in most allsky plots.
EDIT: also, not executing the ipyaladin examples of the
00-MOCpy_Introduction.ipynbnotebook saves us 80k lines
