Add a text box to show users information about each timeseries driver.

Pull the information from __doc__ and provide links to more detailed documentation (once it exists)

Working implementation screenshot included below. If Markdown syntax is used in docstring and markdown2 is installed, the "Information" section will have that text formatting. Hyperlinks work and will launch user's web browser if clicked.

Any suggestions?

Now also shows Python package dependency information (see #53)
