My certs are expiring, but there were no challenges created. Need pointers to debug.

Hello all,

I had 12 certs that were due for renewal, which was on the Sep 9, but for some reasons, I couldn't find any challenges for these certs.

I did kubectl logs cert-manage-POD, but it didn't give me any helpful information. Cloud anyone give me some pointers where to look? I didn't see orders and certificaterequests for this renewal either.

I did kubectl cert-manage renew THE-DOMAINS manually, and it worked as expected.

Appreciate your suggestions and pointers.
