Lists creation is very universal. You can group your friends and have all in one url available or you can use it for listing alliances on cexplorer.io (https://cexplorer.io/list)
Simply create PR into a selected list. Please provide some evidence/info why you are adding selected pool or so.

If you want create your own list, it is possible. Log in cexplorer.io, go to "Content console" and create your own list there. You can add manually pool which you need to have there or insert there syncing url.
