Update node runtime to suggested nodejs12.x, to fix failed deploy on nodejs8.10 #12

Fixes unsupported nodejs version failure on fresh serverless deploy.

The runtime parameter of nodejs8.10 is no longer supported for creating or updating AWS Lambda functions. We recommend you use the new runtime (nodejs12.x) while creating or updating functions.

I'll try to verify this soon. Will probably take it, but there might also be another place or two where we should bump the Node version...
