This PR replaces our hand-rolled
nixpkgs.nixwith a setup that usesniv.This makes our setup to pin Nixpkgs consistent with our other Nix-based projects and makes it easier to upgrade Nixpkgs (
niv updatevs. manually pasting in a new hash).Nix gives the same derivation hash for the Icepeak server on this branch as on
master, so this change should result in the same binary as the currentmasterbranch. This means that no release is necessary for this change.
