A chatbot that will provide answers about COVID-19 based on keywords input by the user.

Objectives

Project Objectives

  • To identify suitable datasets for question-answering on COVID-19.
  • To design an automated question answering system on COVID-19 for the public use.

Business Objective

  • To provide useful information relating to COVID-19.

Social Objective

  • To improve everyone's knowledge, acceptance and perception of COVID-19.

Functional Requirements

  • Access to the latest information about COVID-19. Users must be able to search for information about COVID-19, read the user guide on how to use our system, and see how to apply some of the information in real life.
  • Access to a repository where our user can perform self-browsing.
  • Access to reliable databases. So that our system can provide accurate information to our users.
  • Access to technical tools, languages, and software for our project.
