Does this pull request fix one issue?

chaosblade-io/chaosblade#233

Describe how you did it

  1. Use [ -e /opt/chaosblade/blade ] && echo True || echo False command to check blade exists or not.
  2. Get the folder name of the blade tar package in advance.
