Metric Page for "Code Changes" broken on chaoss.community

On the Chaoss community website, the page for the "code changes" metric doesn't show any content:

How to reproduce:

1. Go to https://chaoss.community/metrics/
2. Section "Evolution"
3. Focus Area - Code Development Activity
4. Click on "Code Changes". A blank page is shown:

EDIT: just found that also another metric page is empty: https://chaoss.community/metric-branch-lifecycle/

It looks like the evolution work group changed the name of the metric. I have fixed it on the website. I will investigate further to see if this should be reviewed for the April release.
