Duplicate models appear in list ?

For both codex and claude models I noticed that the same models get listed twice for example:

codex/gpt-6-luna and cx/gpt-6-luna

claude/claude-opus-5-5 and cc/claude-opus-5-5

Is there a specific reasoning for that and is it possible to hide the duplicates ?

@dl-web-dev Yes, it's on purpose, and you can hide the duplicates. OmniRoute lists each model under two prefixes by default: the short alias (cx/, cc/) and the full provider name (codex/, claude/). Both prefixes work for requests, and "dual" mode keeps older clients that use either form working.

To list only one form, go to Dashboard → Settings → Feature Flags → Models Catalog Prefix Mode (MODELS_CATALOG_PREFIX_MODE):

• dual (default): both prefixes.
• alias: only the short ones (cx/…, cc/…).
• canonical: only the full ones (codex/…, claude/…).

It doesn't need a restart. One thing to keep in mind: if one of your clients or combos refers to models with the prefix you stop listing, double-check that it still resolves. I haven't tested every client with the single-prefix modes.
