this is my effort to port Sublime text theme made by https://github.com/YabataDesign its a nice comfy clear color scheme best use with DejaVu font.
to Install the theme
copy the afterglow.icls file to
Linux ~/.WebIde80/config/colors
Mac OS X ~/Library/Preferences/WebIde80/colors/
Windows C:/Users/USERNAME/.WebIde80/config/colors
and it will be listed in the phpstorm sitting
