Palette Pusher v1.1

Forgot to upload this when I committed the changes, but this release adds a file-naming feature and a fancy new app icon!

Palette Pusher v1.0

ZIP file including just the .exe for Palette Pusher. Takes like 10 seconds to initialize (not sure why), but it does work. Would highly recommend keeping it in a folder because it outputs the PDF to the same folder. If anybody ends up using this program I'll make sure to add a function where you can choose the output folder.
