Data in the service group table and right side panel become incomplete when exceeding the max width

Describe the bug

When users reduce the window width on the service group page, data that exceed the max-width of the text field becomes incomplete.

Expected behavior

All data highlighted in the table and the side panel should wrap to a new line when they are wider than the max-width of the current view.
