VBA Sync 2.2.0

• Breaking change: Since v1.x the program's name has changed. If you have shortcuts that point to VBA Sync Tool.exe, point them at VBASync.exe instead!
• Breaking change: Since v2.2.0 .ini files are now in UTF-8 format using system line endings. If you have problems with .ini file encoding, delete the affected .ini files and regenerate them.
• Add support for hooks (as specified in the Options window)
• Add support for subdirectories in repository folder (needs to be activated in the Options window)
• Add session option to delete document modules when publishing (now off by default)
• Bug fix: “Ignore empty modules” setting wasn't loaded
• Bug fix: Refreshing would fail if .frx files had different stream lists
• Bug fix: .frx file would show as changed whenever Office changed the order of sites
• Bug fix: Startup was ignoring the first command-line argument
• Bug fix: Repeated extractions of the same Office file weren’t generating identical .frx files

Windows: Requires Microsoft .Net Framework 4.0 or later.

Linux/Mac: Tested with Mono 4.6.2. May also be compatible with earlier versions.
