mtd-utils

This version is for building in envirnment of cygwin. based on MTD-UTILS 1.5.1 and patched ubinize for leb(logic erase blocks) parameter & add fastmap support to image creation.

UBINIZE patch as belows

and build fixed in envirnment of cygwin.
