Update the pair: Shader Contract gains the ink slot, Decision Log catches up Three pages, all of them halves of a pair whose other half had moved. SHADER CONTRACT had no ink-design section at all, while docs/SHADER-CONTRACT.md has carried the eight uniforms since R8-INK landed. It now has its own slot section beside the mask and glyph ones: the uniform table, the tile-not-raster argument, the uInkOn-0 no-op proof, and the five resolver states with the two gates each drives — including `no-ink`, which the repo half gained today. DECISION LOG was a snapshot as of 2026-09-01 and had stopped mid-file: it held DECISIONS.md through the 340-quote scrub and nothing after it. Thirty-two more 2026-09-01 entries, the whole 09-05 and 09-06 blocks, and both 09-07 entries were missing. Appended verbatim, in file order, which is what a snapshot is; the header and footer now say 09-07. CONTRIBUTION RECORD carried a 2026-09-07 row under a 2026-09-01 footer. The footer is corrected and the verification round has its own row. Decision Log + Contribution Record: the 340-quote follow-up scrub The Decision Log gains the entry that closes the item its previous entry flagged as outstanding: all 340 non-YouTube sources[].quote strings in the two evidence JSONs are now paraphrase, with the per-source counts, the CC-BY-SA-inside-CC0 rationale, and the digest identity that proves no guess moved.
