Thanks Jordan - looks useful and I'll merge. I think it would also be worth implementing the analytic means or restricted means for distributions where they exist - do you fancy having a go? |

Added calculations of unrestricted and restricted mean survival to summary.flexsurv. This is done via the base R 'integrate' function. It is a bit slow, though I believe this is unavoidable unless done analytically.
I also exported 'rsurvspline' since this would potentially be useful to access from other packages for simulation.
