This is a data analytics project for obesity comorbidity analysis on data retrieved from NCBI.
All codes were written in R; Multiple functions were created and named as "*_Fun.R"; The main script file named "codeBase_CL.Rmd" (Also could view it as R notebook) All data is pulled through E-Utilities from NCBI.
