Emoji won't work

Terminal won't send emoji trough to iMessage.

Do you still have this issue?
I've just sent an emoji through imsg and it worked fine.

Using OS X 10.9.4 with Bash version: 3.2.51 on latest retina Macbook Pro
Still having an issue when for example sending a ♥️ trough Terminal.

Thanks, I was able to reproduce the issue here, the problem seems to happen
only when you are sending an emoji to anyone other than the first contact.
I'll check it out.
