Things to look at during that process:

  • Using vite
  • Fixing sourcemaps
  • Look at all the future flags available and see which ones we can turn on immediately and which ones will take some code changes

Update remix to v2, update to vite

This is a huge upgrade that upgrades to remix v2 as well as gets vite
working for dev as well. This also switches to using remix-typedjson as
it's better supported than superjson.

Closes #42
