Flexbox: Scripting for Computer Tomography

The main idea of this toolbox is to provide the user of various laboratory CT hardware with advanced reconstruction algorithms and processing tools.

Flexbox is originally developed for the users of the Flex-Ray scanner - a custom made X-ray CT scanner with lots of additional degrees of freedom and functionality. Extra degrees of freedom are captured in the log files of the scanner and can be easily read by the Flexbox and taken into account in the reconstruction.

Flexbox uses ASTRA toolbox to perform fast GPU-based reconstructions.
