This is more important since imagine was added, which has very specific replace directives that also just don't make sense to have in the top level go.mod.
- add Makefile - add Dockerfile for the main app - fix name of test step to avoid confusion, as test suite includes integration test also, not just unit tests - use alpine-based golang image
