When email address is changed, confirmation should be reset

When email address is changed, confirmation should be reset. If a user change his email user, a new email need to be send for the confirmation. (and the state "confirmed" should be reset)

When email address is changed, a confirmation email is send to the new email address waiting to be confirmed. When confirmed, the change get effective and the old email is replaced by the new. Otherwise the user keep his old address and the confirmed status if he is.
