Hello, this is a problem with a change we released earlier in the day, it breaks many commands when they are used in a script environment. |

CircleCI CLI Diagnostic:
Current behavior:
Latest version of cli (v0.1.28363) broke our project setup workflow at the step were we use
circleci config pack. We receive the errorToo long with no output (exceeded 10m0s): context deadline exceededin CI. I could reproduce this locally on macOS. The fix was to install the previous working versionv0.1.28196CI link
