Bump to v2 due to significant change in how YANG XPaths are stored and displayed. XPaths were previously tied to a specific rendering which didn't have enough fidelity to handle the different potential permutations e.g. IOS XE vs IOS XR vs gNMI target being OpenConfig vs... This change to how XPaths are parsed during ETL enables us to derive the different permutations of XPaths necessary for correctness, at the cost of direct correctness in the data layer and pushing it to the presentation layer.
