当前ConfigMap由于和数据目录放在一起，所以使用了subpath的方式挂载。
但subpath挂载方式不支持ConfigMap的热更新，所以需要将配置文件与数据目录分离。
这就需要每个微服务支持指定配置文件的方式启动
