TIA Historical Mitigation mapping

User wants to be able to search historical TIA Mitigations in a spatial way.

Things we know

• no new TIA Mitigation records won't be added
• TIA Mitigation statuses and monies used
  • (updated frequency: once a quarter)

Things that need to happen

• Nelson and team have to update the "TIA Mitigation Primary Location" in knack (~records: w/o location info)
  • There are 970 mitigations w/o a primary location. Estimated 16 hours in data entry time.
• Secondary Locations: mapped? Tracy says "probably a yes"
• improvement go over multiple segments that are like bike lane locations
• ask Nelson!!

Our Actions

• DTS has already tested 40 TIA Mitigations, as long as it has street segment IDs and intersection ID
• Part 1: We have to wait until Nelson does his part (3 mo to 6 mo?)
• Project Prep: (Entire Effort, 5/6)
  • Build mitigation backfill admin page to make data entry easier (Apps: 1)
  • Export TIA Mitigation records with filled out locations (prototype) (Apps: 1)
  • Build TIA Mitigation feature layer (Geo: 2?)
  • Build best visual for TIA Mitigation spatial search (Geo: 3)
    • web app builder?
    • dashboard?
• Part 2: (Entire Effort, 6)
• Export Knack TIA mitigation records, give them to Andrew's team (Apps: 1)
• Update feature layer (manually) - (Geo: 2-3)
  • transfer existing protoyped data from ATD Publisher to ATD Scripts Publisher
• Automate: Knack to AGOL (TIA Mitigations)
  • Dev piece (Dev: 2-3?)

Future Enhancement

• Add SIF Data to map
  • Funding an area rather then a specific segment
  • geographic area: use SIF Service Areas (geographic boundaries)

Resources

• SIF Service Area layer (this already exists)
• Create new "SIF Financials"
  • Option 1: Add attributes directly to table of "SIF Financials"
  • Option 2: Add related tables
• Need: SIF Financial amounts summed by geographic area service area

Action Items

• Meet with Nelson to let him know the plan - meeting scheduled, Thu, 2/29
• Prioritize with TDS on projects
  • when to schedule the actual DTS effort

Recap w/ Nelson

• Idea: DTS could build a form to make entering primary locations easier. Diana called this 'admin backfill' feature.
• Gilda may be able to assign an admin resource from her team to assist Nelson w/ data entry. Nelson will reach out to Gilda.
• This needs to be prioritized with the other TDS priorities. Next prioritization meeting is next Tuesday. Nelson will be out, so Tracy will discuss prioritizing it.

• This will be a custom script (or maybe update knack services? i'm not sure)
• We do not have to push spatial data, so this should be pretty straightforward
• Devs will need a list of the following:
  • the Knack object ID where the records live
  • the knack field IDs of the columns that need to be sync'd with AGOL
  • the AGOL feature service ID of the layer where the data will be updated from Knack
