Block Entry Into Claimed Chunks

make it so that you can at least make it so other players cannot walk into or interact or use tnt to interact with other peoples claimed chunks.

TnT protection does already exist in 0.0.22 (0.0.23 snapshots aren't done yet), interactions will be much more specific in that version and you should be able to control things much more easily (fire protection has to be reimplemented too). As for entering, I might be able to add it in 0.0.24 based on the new 0.0.23 protections system. More info will come out about that later but the Discord is up to date on it. I'll rename this and keep it open, feel free to comment :) thank you
