Remember to allow passing a .py file, as per pure python mode.

This change has been done. It seems to work, but for some reason the easycython.exe created by setuptools and placed in the Scripts/ folder produces failed to create process. It may or may not be related to begins integration.

I don't think we need begins any more. There are better options like click, typer, and even the tinycli lib I'm working on. Closing.
