kitty - But with the bold_is_bright option!

Instructions: Compile the brightbolds branch from source. Add bold_is_bright yes to your kitty.conf.

Why: The main developer of Kitty does not want to include the option to render bold text in brighter colors as is common for many terminal emulators. This is detailed in kovidgoyal/kitty Issue #512 - Render bold text in bright color. There was a fork project developed, KittyPatch which added this functionality and appears to be abandoned as it is no longer updated nor do they respond to pull requests. I have decided to maintain my own fork here.

How: Every few releases of the official Kitty project I will re-apply the technical changes from the KittyPatch project on top of the original Kitty code. The essence of these changes can be seen in commit 1887652. I will create a branch matching [release-tag]-BrightBolds and keep the default brightbolds branch up to date with the latest release.
